Ducati 90th Anniversary Video Game Nods to Former FILA Sponsorship
(FILA GLOBAL) – Milestone Product and Ducati team up for an all new racing video game to celebrate the motorcycle manufacturer’s 90th anniversary.
In celebration of Ducati’s 90th anniversary, the Italian motorcycling company has teamed up with Milestone Product to release a special edition racing video game that celebrates the company’s rich history. Featuring 39 motorbikes from seven different eras, as well as five racing tracks, the Ducati – The Official 90th Anniversary Video Game takes a drive through history to revisit some of the brand’s most historic moments. Fans of motorsport are sure to recognize some of the iconic models featured in the game, which include the striped 125 Desmo (from 1958), the red, white, and green 750 F1 (from 1980), and the red and white 999R (from 2003), which was co-branded with FILA® . The game is available for digital download on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, as well on Windows PC Steam.
The relationship between FILA and Ducati dates to 2002, when the Italian motorcycling manufacturer approached the sportswear company with a request to design a collection of shoes and apparel inspired by the racing world. FILA became an official sponsor of the Ducati Superbike Team in 2003, providing apparel and footwear for the entire team until the partnership ended in 2004.
